Stainless Steel Roller Ball Spurs
by Castano
R 548.32
Spurs are worn with the tip of the neck pointed downward, sitting on the spur rest of the riding boot (if there is one), with the buckle of the spur strap worn on the outside of the foot. Used to direct a horse to move forward or laterally while riding. It is usually used to refine the riding aids and to back up the natural aids (the leg, seat, hands and voice). The rolling ball is made to roll across the horses side, instead of jabbing. This prevents spur marks and is ideal for sensitive horses or when you just need a little bit more reinforcement from your legs. Stainless steel
